Refund and Return Policy of Garnet
At Garnet, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality handmade products created by individuals of all ages. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Product:
– Garnet will initiate a refund if a customer reports damage or receiving the wrong product within 3 days of delivery.
– To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@garnet.org.in with your order number and supporting evidence such as clear photos of the damaged item or the wrong product received.
Downloadable Projects:
– In the case of problems with downloadable files, Garnet will check through the file before providing a replacement. If no malware is found, replacement will not be issued. FOR DOWNLOADABLE PROJECTS, KINDLY NOTE THAT ONLY REPLACEMENTS WILL BE FACILITATED.
– Please report any issues with downloadable files to support@garnet.org.in, including a detailed description of the problem.
Customizable Products
– Please note that any products that are personalized, made-to-order, or otherwise tailored specifically for you (“Customizable Products”) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order for a Customizable Product is placed and confirmed, it is considered a final sale due to the personalized nature of the item. Ensure all customization details are correct before finalizing your order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
Quality Assurance:
– Garnet strives to check all files and handmade items thoroughly before publishing them on our website.
– We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality images to help customers make informed decisions.
Shipping Returns
– To return your product, you should mail your product to: {address provided through email}.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
– If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Vendor Accountability:
– In the event of a reported scam or evidence of cheating by a vendor, Garnet reserves the right to suspend the vendor’s license immediately.
– Customers are encouraged to report any fraudulent activity to support@garnet.org.in, providing clear evidence to support their claim.
Important Notes:
PRIOR TO APPROVING A REFUND FOR A SHIPMENT, A PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF OF THE PRODUCT IS CAPTURED BEFORE SHIPPING, AND IT IS METICULOUSLY COMPARED TO THE IMAGES SUBMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER.
– We only replace shipped items if they are defective or damaged.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
– Garnet reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
